How we built a distinctive SaaS design from the ground up: Kuhnic case study

A 7-minute look behind the scenes of the Kuhnic.ai case study, so you can judge how we work before you book a call.

Ziyan Abbas

This 7-minute video is the behind-the-scenes of how Weroast designed the website for Kuhnic.ai, an AI transformation partner whose difference is that it ships. The design is a dark, technical, monochrome system where outcome claims lead, and proof, client logos, and platform diagrams are the loudest things on the page.

What this video is

Most agencies show a polished case study and nothing else. We record the behind-the-scenes of our projects and walk clients through them on calls, so you see the process and the decisions, not only the result. This is the behind-the-scenes recording for the Kuhnic.ai website. It runs 7 minutes 44 seconds. Press play above, then read the written summary below, which comes from the published case study.

The design problem: execution, not AI theater

Every second company now calls itself an AI transformation partner. Kuhnic's difference is that they ship: enterprise AI strategy, automations, and voice agents, executed at startup speed. Saying that credibly is the design problem. The category is loud, the claims are identical, and buyers have learned to discount both.

What we designed

We worked with Jorge Del, cofounder of Kuhnic, on the website's design and structure: sections, messaging, and the overall UX. We landed on a dark, technical system where the outcome claims lead, such as more clients without adding staff and weeks of due diligence down to an hour. The brand runs monochrome. The whiteout Kuhnic lockup sits on near-black over a fine grid, which keeps the proof, the client logos, and the platform diagrams the loudest things on the page. Services, technology, FAQ, and a call with the founders follow in one continuous scroll.

How a project like this is scoped

Website projects follow two fixed packages: the Signature Homepage at $9,783 in nine days, and the Scalable Website System at $22,981 in 3.5 weeks, both with custom development included. Product design, brand, and motion are scoped on a call, because we first find out exactly what you need and go deep into your problem.
