Start with the homepage when the message is still being tested in market. A homepage sprint proves the positioning before building a 15-page system around it. Move to the full site once the homepage converts at the rate that paid traffic, outbound, or launch clicks justify expanding. The pages-based model makes this sequence clean — the homepage is page one of the full site, not a separate project.

A homepage sprint is nine days. Adding pages extends the timeline at approximately two to three additional days per CMS page pair or standard inner page depending on complexity. A 15-page site with development runs 23 to 26 days from brief to handoff when approvals are timely and copy is ready. The most common timeline extension is copy not being ready when design needs it.

Weroast designs in Figma and develops in Next.js by default. The design files work with any stack — Webflow, Framer, and others are available when the stack is already decided. The Claude-ready component library and Figma design system are stack-agnostic.

Yes. Redesigning existing pages in a new Signature Design Style follows the same process — requirements, direction, hero variations, refinement — with the existing pages as the content starting point rather than a blank brief.
