Around a year ago, I was on a call with a Series E RevOps team when they hit me with that ^ after having spoken with their sales team for weeks (mistake in itself not looping in ops sooner).

Felt like a gut punch. I’d built our old site myself on Wix and had thought it was 'good enough' that I should spend my focus on sales & product.

Naturally, I overcorrected with a highly designed WordPress site that looked slick but was a nightmare to edit, hard to experiment with, and lacked messaging clarity.

You could click through every page and still not know what we do or who we’re for.

A full website redesign and replatform used to take a department and a quarter... ours took a small team and a few weeks, and we didn't cut any corners to get there.

I've drove these types of projects before, but new for me: we rebuilt the site so an agent could maintain it.

The stack is Next.js on Vercel with Sanity as the headless CMS. The repo ships with Sanity's agent toolkit and MCP server wired in, custom Claude skills checked into the codebase, an llms.txt endpoint linked in the footer, and a content model structured so agents can read and write it.

The bet being that if we can get the initial structure and scaffolding right, the ongoing costs and friction mostly go away.

WeRoast also handles our video. They cut our sizzle reel for AAD 2026, our launch video work, and a before/after piece on the redesign. The motion design is the standout. Timing, transitions, the frame-level details most teams skip because they assume nobody will notice. Every round came back tighter than the one before it. They take direction well and they push back when they have a better idea, which is what I want from a creative partner. The work holds up next to companies spending a lot more on video than we do.
